Water-Based Forging Lubricant

A high-performance water-based forging lubricant specifically developed for hot forging processes. It is designed to improve metal forming efficiency, reduce sticking issues, and ensure consistent, high-quality finished parts.

The product contains graphite dispersion in water, providing excellent lubrication properties. It is particularly suitable for complex-shaped components, effectively minimizing adhesion between the workpiece and the die or punch.

This lubricant can be applied using both spray and flood methods. It also forms a protective coating on hot dies, helping to reduce wear and significantly extend die service life.

Formulated with special ground natural graphite featuring fine and uniform particle size, the product maintains low viscosity for easy pumping and spraying, while preventing nozzle clogging.
